*Please note some orders are subject to delay if we receive a high volume of orders within this period, which will impact the time we can dispatch orders and get them to you.

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow an additional 3-7 business days until you receive your order as Australia Post is experiencing delays during this time. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Within Australia  

FEELE offers free standard shipping on orders over $150+ to *AU & NZ ONLY 

 — Orders placed before noon will be dispatched the same day or the following business day if purchased over the weekend or on a public holiday. 

— Once dispatched, domestic orders will be delivered within 1-7 business days*, depending on your location. *Delivery times may vary depending on current COVID 19 situation and are out of our control.

— If the address provided is unattended, an attempted delivery card will be left and your parcel will be redirected to the nearest Post Office.

— If delivery is to a business address the name of the business is required, without this information Australia Post is unable to deliver your parcel.

— When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address.

International  

FEELE delivers internationally with Australia post with a flat rate of $30Aud or $50Aud via DHL. 

 — Orders placed before noon will be dispatched the same day or the following business day if purchased over the weekend or on a public holiday. Delivery times may vary but we estimate between 7-14 days* 

— All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If the address provided is unattended, an attempted delivery card will be left and your parcel may be directed to the nearest post office.  

— Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for this charge, not FEELE.

— FEELE is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Should you require further information regarding duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.
